Over 50s dance

Why dance?

Dance is a wonderful way to lift the spirits and our physical health. These dance sessions are suitable for anyone over the age of 50, who wants to enjoy moving. 

The sessions are about connecting and growing confidence in your body and mind, alongside interacting with others. 

All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Dance is for everyone, you just need a desire to physically explore and have some fun!
