Through music, movement, listening and connecting, these creative sessions aim to encourage joy and release for residents of the care settings and community day services. 

Encouraging participants to move in a way that feels freeing, playful and uplifting for the body and soul, through using gentle movements and memorable rhythms and songs.

Connection with others in the space is encouraged to enable participants to feel noticed, seen and heard.
